Rental Agreements

Our Rental Agreements go beyond just paperwork - they’re crafted to safeguard both your investment income and you. Staying ahead of the curve on the latest local, state, and federal property and tenant laws ensures that our leases and practices remain fully compliant with Fair Housing statures, shielding you from the potential threat and cost of litigation. Given the complexity of Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws, especially with recent additions like Rent Control and End of Tenancy Rules, we make it our priority to stay informed. Rents

Deposits

We require all tenants to pay a security deposit to ensure their pledge of complying with the terms of the Rental Agreement. All security deposits are kept in an escrow account.

Inspections

Tenants benefit from our user-friendly online maintenance request form and telephone services for convenience. For major repairs exceeding the amount specified in your management contract, rest assured that owners must provide approval, ensuring transparency and alignment with your preferences.

Management Fees

There are absolutely no hidden fees, no surprises. Our management fees include a monthly management fee tailored to your property’s size and a tenant placement fee, equivalent to just half of one month’s rent. You will never be “nickel and dimed” with additional charges.
